The CEN Workshop Agreement (CWA) presents at first an in-depth analysis ofthe current state-of-the art of ICT Practitioner Skills/Competence frameworksin order to clarify the nature of the next steps towards a European ICT SkillsMeta-Framework, and its relationship to the proposed European QualificationsFramework (EQF). Then, recommendations based on the results of theanalysis are presented.
