The planned CEN Workshop Agreement (CWA) defines and describes a core set of transnational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the next generation of assessment and certification framework of buildings energy performance (EPCs), complemented by other sustainability indicators, which help to form a digital building logbook and a harmonized “building e-passport” as will be defined by this document.
