Summary
This standard specifies the requirements of dosage apparatus for powder animal pharmaceuticals in regard to the accuracy of the dosage apparatus as well as the homogeneity of the mixture between feedingstuffs and pharmaceuticals applied into the feeding equipment and describes the hygiene requirements for the construction of dosage apparatus in order to prevent possible over- or underdose of the pharmaceuticals which could lead to residues in the foodstuffs.
