The application of electronic data processing becomes more and more important for animal farms in order to optimize the production and the operational procedures. For the electronic control, the recording and the interpretation of data ther are different electronic services, systems and software programs available for the animal farm. In order to benefit optimally from the mentioned appliances it is reasonable that the necessary data can be exchanged electronically. The document describes the part of the data interchange in the field of cattle production.
