This standard is applicable for laboratory refrigerators and freezers equipped with a device for cooling and that are used for storage of refrigerated materials for laboratory at a temperature -150 °C to +15 °C. The temperature of the installation space is in the region of 10 °C to 35 °C. The relative humidity should not exceed 75 %. This standard is not applicable for: - cooled incubators according to DIN 12880; - cold rooms and refrigerated containers >2000 l; - cooling during transportation.
