This standard is dealing with trailer coupling on industrial trucks and on its trailers. The aim of the standard is to insure the exchange of trailer coupling and also that the trailer couplings are corresponding to the tiller according to DIN 8454. The standard is dealing also with safety requirements and editional requirements for the official traffic as far as trailer couplings are concerned.
