This standard specifies the requirements for indicating tube pressure gauges springs, disc springs, bellows, struts and springs capsule (others are allowed) for measuring absolute pressure resistant. Absolute Pressure Gauges are hereafter referred as pressure gauges. It applies to nominal sizes from 63 to 160 and ranges up to max. 25 bar. Absolute pressure gauges according to this standard a value of 1013.25 mbar (= 101.325 Pa) is displayed at normal air pressure. Here, the treated pressure gauges have a dial with scale and are intended for industrial applications. The standard contains test methods for the implementation of production type and routine tests.
