DIN 19529:2015-12

This document specifies a batch test for the determination of the leachability of organic and inorganic substances from solids at a liquid to solid ratio of 2 l/kg of dry matter for a compliance test. The scope of the standard is subject to dynamic changes and applies up to date to the parameters validated (elements/compounds) as give in the annexes. The method is not suitable for highly volatile or ready biodegradable substances. Materials with a water content higher than 65 % are not covered by this standard.
