Summary
Until availability of a European Standard for fire behaviour DIN EN 1455-1:1998 and DIN EN 1565-1:1998 refers to national requirements. Therefore previous specifications from DIN V 19561 were taken over in this standard. For assessment of conformity and installation recommendations CEN/TC 155 intends to publish European Pre-standards (ENV). Due to this fact national standards have not to be withdrawn. Therefore previous specifications from DIN V 19561 were taken over in this standard as well.
Notes
Under certain conditions, DIN V 19561 (1992-09) remains valid alongside this standard until 2001-06-30.
