Summary
This standard specifies design principles for the equipment for thermal sludge drying in regard to such buildings or parts of buildings for which order or function of the technical equipment has to be taken into account and for technical equipment, as far as requirements on planing, construction and operation have to be considered. This standard applies together with the general construction principles according EN 12255-1 and the specific construction principles for sludge treatment and storage according EN 12255-8.
