The document applies to ozone generation plants based on the silent electric discharge principle which are used for the treatment of water intended for human consumption (drinking water) and of water of swimming pools and baths. The document can also be applied in other fields of application, e. g. in ozone generation plants for the treatment of process water as well as cooling water and waste water.
