Summary

This standard specifies application-related requirements for factory made wood materials according to DIN EN 13986:2015-06 that are used in construction works. While specifications on mechanical properties are specified for carrying purposes exclusively, the remaining requirements apply for the use of wood-based materials in the bearing and non-load bearing applications. NOTE Attention is drawn explicitly to the fourth paragraph of the foreword.
