Summary
This standard contains fundamental information for determining stress resultants and for the purpose of designing, as well as design regulations relating to reinforced concrete components inside nuclear power plants, which are important from a safety point of view and which are subject to mechanical and/or thermal loadings resulting from accidents. It can also be applied by analogy to reinforced concrete components, which are important from a safety aspect, in other nuclear plants.

A transition period, as set out in DIN 25449 (2016-04), exists until 2016-10-01.
