This standard is valid for release of radioactive materials and nuclear facility components. The standard is not valid for activity measurements in the frame of interventions except in those cases when they are ordered by responsible authorities. The standard is not valid for those areas of facilities in which activity exceeding from the plant with a significant amount has already penetrated in waterleading layers of the ground.
