The document is to be applied to components, such as machines, apparatus arrangements, remote handling devices and tools or parts of them which are used in hot cells with shieldings of concrete or lead by remote handling. The handling may assist to relize normal operation and anticipated operational occurences, operations caused by rules of maintenance, changes, modernization or disposal. The document can also be applied on components in other areas of nuclear plants as they are mentioned above.
