This standard supplements DIN 28005-1 for vessels. Preferably in accordance with DIN 28136-1 and DIN 28136-2 made of metallic materials. They serve primarily procedural purposes and are not enamelled. This standard specifies dimensions which are important for the process engineering function or interchangeability of vessels or parts of vessels . For vessels made of steel DIN 28006-2 applies.
