DIN 28081-1:2003-08

This standard applies to tubular supports with reinforcing plate for vertical vessels. The maximum load forces for the vessel ends can be taken from DIN 28081-3. These load forces apply to vessels operated without pressure or with internal overpressure. The pressure/temperature ratings are also considered therein. This draft standard describes a selection of various shapes and dimensions of supports. The apparatus manufacturer shall provide a proof of strength and stability.
