DIN 28082-1:2015-10

The document applies to skirts with simple bottom ring, which are welded on stationary pressure vessels with domed heads (e. g. according to DIN 28011 or DIN 28013). Skirts for pressure vessels with the type bottom ring with bracket supports or twin ring with webs are specified in DIN 28082-2. These skirts are designated for higher additional loads. The verification of carrying capacity is not part of this standard.
