DIN 28082-2:2015-10

The document applies to skirts with bottom ring with bracket supports or twin ring with webs, which are welded on stationary pressure vessels with domed heads (e. g. according to DIN 28011 or DIN 28013). These skirts are mostly used at pressure vessels with additional loads (e. g. by wind, acceleration forces, piping forces). Skirts for pressure vessels with the type simple bottom ring are specified in DIN 28082-1. These skirts are designated for lower additional loads. The verification of carrying capacity is not part of this standard.
