DIN 28141:2003-11

The project applies to connecting flanges for vessels and process apparatus made of non-alloy and stainless steel, e.g. for agitator vessels in accordance with DIN 28136-1. Connecting flanges are joining agitator flanges in accordance with DIN 28137-1 to agitator glas stools in accordance with DIN 28162-1 and -2 enabling the connection to agitators with shaft ends in accordance with DIN 28154 or DIN 28156 as the bases for mechanical seals in accordance with DIN 28138-1 or packing glands in accordance with DIN 28163. The component connecting flange allows for the combination of an agitator flange with various mechanical seals or packing glands graded according to shaft diameters and with various agitator gear stools graded according to gear stool nominal size.
