Summary

This standard applies for spring band clamps made from tempered spring band steel to fix hoses on mobile and stationary equipment for use at temperatures between -40 °C and + 150 °C, e. g. for coolant circuit and servo system up to 300 kPa (3 bar) over pressure, fuel system up to 700 kPa (7 bar) over pressure, air intake system low pressure, charge air system up to 200 kPa (2 bar) over pressure, for tightening the hose-pigot connection.
