Summary

This standard specifies the structure and the safety and functionally requirements for safety devices against rupture of flexible tubes, which are necessary at the present state of the art. These devices are downstream the pressure regulator and shut off the gas flow, if a certain flow rate (e. g. hose break) is exceeded.
