Summary

This document specifies the requirements for a coherent acoustic emergency signal, in particular the acoustic parameters. This acoustic emergency signal, as a signal with the highest priority, points all individuals in the signal reception area to an incipient or existing hazardous situation. The alerting of people of the danger of combat (rescue workers) remains unaffected.
