This standard applies to the field of static and dynamic muscular activity of man which is characterised by position and movement of the body. These recommendations shall describe concepts, interrelations and defining parameters for the physical strengths of man as a basis for their identification, evaluation and application. In this document mechanical and geometrical defining parameters are standardised. The document does not apply to sensomotor activities.
