Summary
This document specifies a chemical method for the determination of selected plant protection agents, biocides and break-down products in drinking waters, ground and surface water. The scope is adapted to legal requirements from the Council Directive 98/83/EC of 3 November 1998 on the quality of water intended for human consumption and the Drinking Water Directive. It is simple and fast technology of extraction, suitable for both analysis of a number of volatile and non volatile components and not using organic solvents.
