This standard is valid in conjunction with DIN 4003-1 and DIN 4000-81 and specifies the 3D-Modelling for drills and countersinking tools with non-detachable cutting edges. This standard is valid for standardized and not standardized drilling and countersinking tools with non-detachable cutting edges, which are directly applied to the main body and for tools with cutting edges which are fixed to the main body and mechanically non-detachable (e. g. brazed). Note: These mechanically non-detachable cutting edges are depicted by 3 parallel 45° hatch lines as specified in DIN ISO 128-50, marked with 'SM'.
