Summary
The standard specifies terminology, requirements and test methods for fire resistant glazings. This applies to so-called F-glazings of fire resistance classes F 30, F 60, F 90 and F 120 (see also DIN 4102 part 2). Furthermore, this standard applies to G-glazings of classes G 30, G 60, G-90 and G 120. G-glazings do not have to satisfy all the requirements specified for F-glazings.
