This Standard applies together with DIN 4102-4:1994-03 and its amendment DIN 4102-4/A1. As an application standard it includes additional requirements and corrections to DIN 4102-4:1994-03 and DIN 4102-4/A1. It applies to the fire design of buildings based on the national design standards using partial safety factors at ambient temperature.
