DIN 4109-31 is the explanatory basis for DIN 4109-32 to DIN 4109-36. The standards DIN 4109-32 to DIN 4109-36 contain acoustic data for structural members and different types of structure and are intended for use in the verification of noise protection by means of the calculation methods described in DIN 4109-2 without performing acoustic suitability tests.
