This standard applies to entries into the terminal box of three-phase induction motors in accordance with DIN EN 50347 with rated voltages from 400 V to 690 V and/or rated voltage ranges between 380 V and 725 V and types of construction with 6 terminals. It specifies the thread sizes of screwed glands for cables and cords in accordance with DIN EN 50262 (VDE 0619) and DIN EN 60423.
