Summary

DIN 5032-7 specifies a classification for illuminance meters and luminance meters, which allows characterizing their performance with a single value - the class of the photometer. For this the standard selects the required properties of photometers according to DIN EN 13032-1, prescribes the calculation of total characteristics and sets class limits and class names.
