Summary

This standard specifies a method for the determination of linear change of fired heavy ceramic products as function of temperature using dilatometer measurements. The method specified is also applicable to fired unshaped refractories until the first maximum of strain provided that the test pieces are prepared and fired in accordance with DIN EN 1402-5.
