Summary
This standard specifies a method for the quantitative determination of chrome(VI) in oxidic raw and basic materials such as felspar, ceramics, glass, glazes by spectrophotometry. The method specified is applicable to contents of chrome(VI) species from 10 mg/kg to 500 mg/kg. The concentration of possibly existing contents of chrome(III) species are not covered.
