Summary
The purpose of the test method is to assess whether any interaction occurs between the sealing compounds used for sealing joints and glazing and the coating systems with which they come into contact. The test method is suitable for all sealing compounds applied as pastes and which are designed to come into contact with protective coatings. The standard specifies two test methods, method A and method B.
