In the standard the designation, duty point and dimensions are laid down. Semy rotary wing pumps are hand operated reciprocating displacement pumps with half rotational motion of the displacing element. In the draft standard the hand pumps are divided in three different types of several sizes. The rate of flow in the range of 7,5 to 66 l/min related to the pump sizes in based on 80 to 45 double strokes/min. Information for testing is also given dimensional standard.
