The standard specifies procedures for the physical weighing of sales packaging and thus specifies the rules for determining the weight of packaging. Material consideration is given to the following groups: - glass; - board, paper and cardboard; - tinplate; - aluminium; - composites; - plastics; - other materials (eg, wood, textiles, earthenware). The standard contains no provisions in the assessment of packaging properties.
