Summary
Purpose of this standard is the dimensional integration of non-modular shipping packages into the transportation chain by using modular unit loads based upon area multimodules of 800 mm × 1200 mm and 1000 mm × 1200 mm according to DIN 30783 part 1. The dimensions for position areas specified in this standard meet the requirement of at least 95 per cent using of both area multimodules.
