The document serves for the demonstration of the equivalent safety according to § 2 EBO for railway vehicle bodies of light railway vehicles. For this purpose, the static dimensioning of the vehicle bodies is supplemented by the demonstration of the collision capability in comparison to conventional vehicles according to UIC-leaflet 651 and DIN EN 12663.
