Summary

The project deals with the testing of the sterility of membrane filter elements as well as membrane filters by steam in a sterilizer. It addresses to the testing and the possible number of sterilization cycles consisting of the heating and plateau phase at a test temperature of 121 °C or 134 °C as well as of a cooling phase.
