Summary
This standard specifies minimum requirements and tests for a mask-helmet combination for use with respiratory protective devices for fire fighting clothing. This standard applies to a functional connection of personal protective equipment. This standard specifies additional requirements for the combination that are not included in DIN EN 136, for respiratory connection, and not in DIN EN 443 for the helmet.
