The test method specifies in this standard covers the determination of the bond strength of preimpregnated unidirectional carbon fibre sheet and tape (CFRP prepreg) conforming to LN 29656. The test method is used for the evaluation of the applicability and quality of CFRP prepreg as well as for the comparative assessment of the effects on the bond strength resulting from the starage and treatment of test specimens after bonding.
