This standard applies to hose assemblies for pressures up to 210 bar, in particular to hoses if refered to in the relevant dimensional standards or drawings. It defines the general rules, requirements and tests.*Hoses to this standard are fitted together with hose fittings to LN 29642 to form hose assemblies to LN 29566 for hydraulic or pneumatic systems and for transporting fuel, lubricants, coolants and hot air of nominal pressures up to 210 bar. Hoses of 5 mm, 63 mm and 90 mm nominal size shall not be used for hydraulic systems.
