This standard applies to hose assemblies for pressures up to 210 bar as far as refered to in relevant dimensional standards or drawings. It defines the general rules, requirements and tests.*Hose assemblies to this standard are fitted together with hoses to LN 9226 and LN 9366 and hose fittings to LN 29642 to form hose assemblies to LN 29566. They are used in hydraulic or pneumatic systems and for transportating fuel lubricants, coolants and hot air of a pressure up to 210 bar. Hose assemblies of 5 mm, 63 mm and 90 mm nominal size shall not be used in hydraulic systems.
