Summary
The test method covered by this standard serves to determine the tensile strength and modulus of elasticity on unidirectional laminates in 90° direction (transverse to fibre direction). The test is performed on defined specimens under specified conditioning, test environment and test speed conditions. The test method is intended for dry and conditioned specimens. It may be applied at ambient as well as low and elevated temperatures.
