The test method specified in this document serves for the determination of shear modulus and shear strength of unidirectional fibre-reinforced plastics with high-modulus fibres (modulus of elasticity < 20 kN/mm2) on ± 45° laminates subjected to tensile testing. The test method is suitable for dry and conditioned test specimens.
