Summary

This standard deals with the method of determining the distribution curves (distribution sum and distribution density curves, see ISO 9276-1) of disperse solids with particle sizes in the range of 2 ?m to 20 ?m by means of a centrifugal classifier. The apparatus can also be used to obtain fractions with particular size classes.
