This standard applies to bonding and sealing of components at manufacturing and repair of railway vehicles and their components. This standard defines the common definitions and the basic rules for bonding and sealing. This stand especially applies to - manufacturing - maintenance (repair) - quality assurance of railway vehicles and their components. The production of fibre composite profiles and laminating of assembly parts are not covered by this standard.
