DIN 6802-1:1991-11

This standard is the conceptual basis for the DIN-standard series 'neutrondosimetry'. It contains the terms and definition which are generally valid for the dosimetry of ionizing radiation and herewith also for neutron radiation. It also contains the definitions which had been introduced expecially for the dosimetry of neutrons. Starting from the quantities for radiation fields, the terms for the interaction of radiation with matter and for the detection of neutrons, the terms for dosimetry are defined, which are assential for radiation protection dosimetry purposes and also for beam dosimetry.
