This standard delineates the fundamental physical constraints for the clinical dosimetry of small regular and irregular formed fields in stereotactic and intensity modulated radiotherapy (IMRT, VMAT) at high energetic gamma radiation at energies between 1,0 MeV and 1,5 MeV and at high energetic photon radiation of electron accelerators with nominal values of generation voltages from 1 MeV to 25 MeV as well.
