This standard contains test characteristics and test methods applicable to constancy testing of functions of a treatment planning system (RTPS). The tests apply to RTPS for calculating of treatment plans for teletherapy and brachytherapy including planning of methods for intensity modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) and methods for volumetric modulated arc therapy (VMAT).
